The RDF Working Group has published a Candidate Recommendation of Turtle - A Terse RDF Triple Language. This document defines a textual syntax for RDF called Turtle that allows an RDF graph to be completely written in a compact and natural text form, with abbreviations for common usage patterns and datatypes. The Pointer Events Working Group has published a Last Call Working Draft of Pointer Events. This document defines events and related inteces for handling hardware agnostic pointer input from devices like a mouse, pen, or touchscreen. For compatibility with existing mouse-based content, this specification also describes a mapping to fire DoWorld Wide Web Consortium (W3Ccument Object Model (DOM) Level 3 Events Mouse Events for pointer device types other than mouse. The Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) Working Group has published a Working Draft of CSS Animations. This CSS module describes a way for authors to animate the values of CSS properties over time, using keyframes.
