CONCORD, N.H. (AP) - New Hampshires House is voting whether to give the executor of an estate control over the deceased persons Facebook, Twitter and other social media accounts. The House Judiciary Committee is split over the issue with a majority recommending that the House vote Wednesday to kill the bill as unenforceable and premature. Bill opponents argue the contracts between the user and the social media site outline what happens when the user dies. Supporters say the executor of the estate should be able to delete the account, turn it into a memorial or make changes to it. They argue the bill should pass or be kept in committee for more work over the summer.
